Leading Innovation in the Social Sector-ARII Joins Global Leaders at Buffalo, New York

African Rights Initiative International joined over 300 speakers and participant at the first leadership and social innovation conference, which took place in April 2017 at the University at Buffalo, New York.
The conference which was organized by the Center for Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness at the School of Management, University at Buffalo took place at RiverWorks in Buffalo, New York with the objectives of engaging a diverse group of leaders in the social, business and non-profit sectors on social innovation and social entrepreneurship.
ARII was represented by Rev. Dr. Nana James Ashun, Director for Africa Regions and focused on ARII’s approach to “Addressing the Critical Issue of Global Poverty and Injustice”.
Best-selling author, Seth Godin will be the keynote speaker and it’s hosted by Moly Anderson, Executive Director for the Center for Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness, School of Management, University at Buffalo
The conference also focused on how the business world and social sector can come together for lasting impact.
