Leadership that Keeps Giving Back to Society
Leading the Charge with new structural development for the good of Africa’s most vulnerable groups. New Board, International Advisory Council and Executive Management. New Trustees and new levels of transparency, oversight, and accountability. ARII is committed to the highest standards of integrity, with an organization-wide character of continuous improvement. More than ever before we are ever committed to live the vision that God handed over to us in 2007; to rescue millions of people, especially, children from deprivation and provide a strong foundation for their development
Chairman's AddressJames Ntim Amponsah
“I have known ARII for close to a decade now. The little that I give and the results I see motivate me to give more and it gives me the kind of satisfaction that no money can buy”.
It gives me great pleasure to formally offer you the opportunity to become a part of our continental efforts to stop the needless suffering and avertible death of children in the African continent while ensuring sustainable livelihood for those who are worse affected by poverty.
Each year, ARII through its several initiatives provides assistance to thousands of individuals, especially, children with their families in rural and disadvantaged communities in Africa whose lives are affected by poverty, low level of education and inadequate healthcare. We empower vulnerable groups to work their way out of chronic poverty, transforming their lives, their children’s futures and their communities.
At ARII we challenge ourselves to do more, even more for children. We see a world where every individual feels part of the larger development; corporations, organizations, professionals, students and entrepreneur and governments across the globe discovering hundreds of amazing ways of making their humble contributions to the development of our own people; giving time, expertise, money and material resources that make great difference in our community. The journey has been very inspirational, with stories of children and families whose lives have been transformed from extreme poverty with the prospect for a brighter future.
This is a great opportunity for you and your family, church, organization or company to be part of our continental efforts to secure the basic rights of the African to life, survival and security. I can assure you that the International Advisory Council, Board of Directors and the entire leadership look forward to and will greatly appreciate the support you will provide through your partnership. Should you choose to do so, I look forward to working with you to change the face of our continent.

We could not run an efficient and life-changing organization without the tireless efforts of our Global Management Team. With their efforts we have been able to expand our mission and goals by overseeing the expansion of programmes in the field, laboriously researching and reporting findings on progress of individual and communities who are affected by extreme poverty, low level of education and inadequate healthcare, while keeping the vision of African Rights Initiative International close to the surface.
